This is for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a point where something needs to shift — but talking about it hasn’t been enough.

The work is simple in structure, but not superficial.

We slow things down, get clear on what’s actually going on, and work with it directly — not just at the level of thoughts, but where the pattern is actually held.

There’s no fixed method. The approach depends on what’s needed.

Sometimes it’s guided inner work. Sometimes it’s working with what’s present in the moment.

The aim is not a quick release or a temporary breakthrough.

It’s a more grounded shift — where something that has been stuck starts to move, and you come out of it with clarity and a real next step.

How it works

We start with a first session to understand what’s going on and whether this work is the right fit.

From there, if it makes sense, we usually work over a few sessions. This gives enough space to actually move through something properly — not just scratch the surface.

Sessions are structured but flexible.

We slow it down and look at what’s actually there.

We talk it through, then we work with it.

Sometimes I guide you into it. Sometimes we stay with what’s coming up and don’t rush past it. It depends on the person.

There’s no fixed way I run this. We go with what’s needed.

This takes a bit of time.

Usually more than one session. Enough space to actually work through something properly instead of just touching it and moving on.

You’re not being told what to do.

You’re working with your own stuff, directly, so something can actually shift — to heal what needs healing, to clear what needs clarity, no embrace what needs to shine though.

What this is (and isn’t)

This is not talk therapy, and it’s not advice-based coaching.

You won’t be told what to do.

The work is about helping you engage with what’s already there — so the shift comes from you, not from the outside.

There isn’t one set way this goes.

In a session we might go into a deeper journey. Sometimes we use one of the practices. Sometimes we go outside and work there, bush or beach, depending on what makes sense.

Sessions can be shorter or longer. It depends on what’s going on. Could be an hour, could be a few hours, sometimes a full day.
